Test Proctoring
The Gordon Kelley Academic Success Center (ASC), located in Vines 202, offers test proctoring for UAFS students and UAFS applicants only. Exams the ASC will proctor include make-up exams, full-online and synchronous UAFS course exams, and third-party exams (e.g. Accuplacer, CLEP, WebCAPE, and Challenge Exams). The ASC does not proctor Examity remote tests.
Faculty Requests
UAFS faculty who wish for the ASC to proctor make-up exams or full-online and synchronous UAFS course exams must complete an ASC Proctor Request Exam Intake Form to provide us with all necessary information for test administration at least 72 hours before the scheduled test dates. All forms must either be emailed to ASC@uafs.edu or dropped off in Vines 202. Tests must also be brought to the ASC prior to the testing dates. (The ASC will not print off emailed exams.)
How Students Can Schedule an Exam
The ASC recommends students schedule here three (3) days in advance of their desired testing date as our availability changes regularly. The ASC will also administer exams to students without appointments, depending on our current availability. If a student does not take their exam within the allotted testing window, they must contact their professor for a potential extension and reschedule with the ASC. Students are required to show a valid ID prior to testing.
Students with testing accommodations and their instructors should coordinate with Student Disability Services in Flanders 114 or by emailing the director of disability services at ADA@uafs.edu.
Students enrolled in online classes who must take their exams in a location other than the ASC must follow the outlined procedures.
