Caleb Cash-Tobey has served as the associate director of university development since September 2021. In this role, he connects alumni and community members with university priorities to advance opportunities for UAFS students. Before joining UAFS, Caleb was the associate director of student engagement at the University of Central Oklahoma,where he oversaw orientation, parent and family programs, and major campus programming including homecoming, BronchoThon, the Student Programming Board, and student organizations.

Caleb is deeply passionate about the transformative power of higher education and believes in ensuring that all students have access to these opportunities. As a first-generation college student, he personally understands the impact of a college degree on students and their families. Caleb is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education in educational leadership with a concentration in higher education administration. His research centers on the resources that influence queer student retention and how universities can better support this student population.
