Rhyker Dye is a career coach with the Western Arkansas Technical Center, servicing students at Northside High School in Fort Smith. He earned a dual bachelor's degree in history and African and African American studies as a first-generation student at the University of Arkansas in 2020. With a background in secondary education as a high school teacher and higher education as an academic advisor, he enjoys getting to combine these experiences to assist high school students transitioning into young adulthood. His goal is to provide high school students with opportunities to explore career pathways and make tangible plans for their journey after graduation.
