As Assistant Vice Chancellor for Marketing, Kelly is responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and support student recruitment and revenue growth. Kelly is a seasoned marketing leader with over 25 years of experience in marketing and communication.
Before joining UAFS, Kelly served as associate vice president for Marketing and Communications at Pittsburg State University in Pittsburg, Kansas. He holds a Master's and Bachelor's in Communication from Pittsburg State University.
