Susan Krafft is a life-long Fort Smith resident with leadership experience in non-profit organizations and higher education and a strong commitment to the community. She is a Leadership Fort Smith alum, board member for the Riverview Hope Campus, and currently serves as Zone III director for the Fort Smith Public Schools Board of Education. She is a member of the Arkansas Association of Colleges and Employers and the National Association of Colleges and Employers. She serves on campus as a resume reviewer, interview prepper, career explorer, and cheerleader for every UAFS student chasing their dream.
