If you completed an associate degree or at least 45 hours toward a degree, the organizational leadership program can help improve your career and your life.
The Bachelor of Science in organizational leadership (BSOL) is designed for students who have completed at least 45 credit hours and wish to continue their education and advance in their career field. This program meets the needs of working adults, with flexible course options tailored to fit busy schedules. Students will draw upon knowledge from many disciplines, including leadership, social science, technology, and communications.
Upon successful completion students are prepared for positions in corporate, government, and industrial environments.

credit for learning experience, whether it's through work, military education or training,
or certificate programs.
Program Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of this program, students will be able to:
- identify and apply major leadership theories, in conjunction with higher-order thinking and reasoning skills, to identify problems and enhance workplace problem-solving.
- demonstrate effective interpersonal and workplace communication, both verbally and in writing.
- implement advanced ethical behaviors in various leadership situations through applying problem-solving and reasoning skills.
- develop leadership techniques and principles by using heightened creativity and personal mastery.
