Description

This dynamic course equips professionals with essential leadership and communication tools to drive success in the workplace. Through interactive sessions, participants will explore behavior styles, performance management, effective coaching techniques, and workplace compliance. Gain insights into your strengths, develop strategies to motivate and lead others, and learn how to navigate workplace challenges with confidence. Attendance at Session 1 is required to continue the series.

  1. Session 1 – Behavior Styles & Communication*
    • Learn to identify personal strengths and weaknesses to lead more effectively. Includes a personality profile assessment.
  2. Session 2 – Performance Management
    • Learn how to motivate others and how to use consequences to produce needed results.
  3. Session 3 – Coaching
    • Learn coaching skills that will improve or enhance your ability to be a partner for success and the five-step method to create loyalty-building coaching meetings.
  4. Session 4 – Workplace Compliance
    • Learn how certain management behaviors create liability for the organization.

* Attendance at the first session is mandatory to continue the series.
