Make a Payment
Payments can be made online by e-check ($0.50 fee)) or by credit/debit card (2.85-percent convenience fee) through the Online Business Center. In-person payments by cash or check can be made between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9 a.m. to 4:30 Fridays at the Cashier's Office, located on the second floor of the Smith-Pendergraft Campus Center. Summer hours may differ. We are unable to accept credit/debit card payments in person or by phone.
Students can pay their balance by credit/debit card or e-check through UAFS's
Online Business Center portal, which can be found on the homepage of your My.UAFS
account. Students may also authorize others to access their account information and
pay their balance through the Online Business Center.
Adding an Authorized User to Your Account
If you would like to authorize a family member or third party to make payments on your behalf, you must first give them access to your account.
- Log in to your Student Online Business Center account.
- Select Authorized Users, then Add Authorized User. Enter the email address of the authorized user.
- Choose the appropriate level of access you would like to give to your authorized user.
- View your payment history and account activity.
- View your billing statement and account activity.
- Select Yes on both to allow your authorized user to make payments on your behalf.
- Read the agreement. If you wish to provide authorization, select I Agree and, if desired, Print Agreement. Then click Continue.
- An email will then be sent to the authorized user's email address along with login instructions.
- Once the authorized user has logged in, their name will appear under the Full Name column of the Authorized User list.
- You can delete an authorized user at any time by select the Delete option under the Action column.
Online Payments Through the Online Business Center
Current and Former Students
If you would like to make a credit card or e-check payment, please follow these instructions.
- Log in to your Student Online Business Center account.
- If you are not enrolled in a payment plan, choose the Appropriate Term and click Continue.
- If you are enrolled in a payment plan, select Make Payment, then View Details, Pay Next Installment, and click Continue.
- Select the drop-down arrow next to Select Method, choose your payment method choice, and click Continue.
- Enter your account and billing information and click Continue.
- Verify your payment information, select I Agree (if requested), and click Submit Payment.
International Students and Parents
UAFS has partnered with TransferMate to provide a transparent payment method that reduces bank fees and improves your payment experience. If you would like to make a payment using TransferMate, please follow these instructions.
- Log in to your Student Online Business Center account.
- Select the TransferMate payment link.
- Choose the country from which you are paying and your preferred method of payment.
- Complete payer details and set up an account.
- Make your payment with the provided instructions.
- Track your payment throughout the process.
Authorized Users
If you are an authorized user and would like to make a credit card or e-check payment on behalf of your student, please follow these instructions.
- Log in to the Authorized User Online Business Center portal.
- If your student is not enrolled in a payment plan, choose the Appropriate Term and click Continue.
- If your student is enrolled in a payment plan, select Make Payment, then View Details, Pay Next Installment, and click Continue.
- Select the drop-down arrow next to Select Method, choose your payment method choice, and click Continue.
- Enter your account and billing information, and click Continue.
- Verify your payment information, select I Agree (if requested), and click Submit Payment.
Housing Deposit Instructions
If you would like to pay your housing deposit using a credit card or e-check payment, please follow these instructions.
- Log in to the Student Online Business Center account.
- Select Deposits.
- Click the drop-down arrow next to Select Deposit Payment, select Housing, then click Select and Continue.
- Please Note: The term displayed may not match your term of residence.
- Select the drop-down arrow next to Select Method, select your payment method, and then click Continue.
- Verify your payment information, select I Agree (if requested), and click Submit Payment.
