  • F-1 Visa holders are allowed to take only one online class per semester.

NOTE: This test should be taken before arriving in the United States. If you have any questions, contact the Office of International Relations at 479-788-7137.

  1. They plan to complete the program while living outside the United States and do not need to apply for an F-1 visa. Some countries have strict laws regarding pursuit of online education at foreign universities. Each applicant is responsible for understanding and following all such local laws.
    OR
  2. Their immigrant or non-immigrant status allows for incidental study. Each applicant is responsible for understanding the requirements and permitted activities of their status. As such, it may be a good idea to consult with an immigration attorney before enrolling.
